How to order:

Browse the catalog and pick the items you like. Click the ‘add to cart’ button and quantity you’re interested in. Quantities are limited to the amounts we have in stock. If the cart won’t let you add as much as you like, it may be that we’re low on inventory of that particular thing.
Please feel free to let us know, if that’s the case.

PAYMENT: We do use paypal. You don’t have to have a paypal account to use it. This means that we don’t keep your personal, financial information on file. It also means that you can pay through any means you’d like
. You don’t need to have a paypal account though - the checkout will walk you through the steps.

If you’d like to offer a different form of payment,
drop us a line. We are also accepting Interac.

Pre-orders: We offer significant discounts for prepaid orders. This can be especially beneficial when you’d like a larger quantity of yarn.
Please contact us for details and arrangements.

contact us and request extra insurance on your items.

You can always
contact us. People have lives that get away on them (ask me how I know) and I don’t ever want someone to feel stuck with something they wished they hadn’t gotten.

Taxes - The gov’t of Canada requires that I collect 5% on each order to remit for our federal GST. Some provinces require that I collect an additional amount as part of their harmonized sales tax. This is now reflected when you go to Paypal. It appears (fingers crossed) to be properly assigning the appropriate tax to the appropriate provinces. Should you feel you’ve been overcharged, or there’s any sort of mistake you want to let u know about
please contact us and we’ll sort it right out.

Please contact us for returns. Most unused items are returnable (but sorry, we don’t refund shipping unless we’ve shipped you something in error). We also can’t be responsible for an item until it gets here. We will send you email confirmation when your item arrives.

Returns are usually accepted but it is a case by case situation so just
